What PSU Do I Need for My New 9070XT?

I'm planning to upgrade my setup to a 13600K processor with a 9070XT graphics card, using a 360mm AIO cooler, 32GB of DDR4 RAM, and 8 x 120mm fans. I currently have a Gigabyte P750GM PSU that worked fine with my old 3060Ti. I'm curious if this 750W power supply will suffice for the 9070XT or if I should consider upgrading to an 850W or even higher wattage. Any recommendations?

You might not need to upgrade just yet. A buddy of mine has a similar setup with a 750W and it runs fine. However, if you notice any power issues, consider getting a stronger unit.

Good to know! I'm also debating how many fans I should actually run; 8 seems like a lot. Maybe that’ll tip the scale for PSU needs.

Honestly, if it were me, I'd just grab a 1000W PSU. They’re becoming increasingly power-hungry, and having extra wattage could save you headaches down the line. A solid PSU can last you a long time.

It should work on your 750W PSU, but AMD does recommend at least 850W for the 9070XT to be safe. I’d say better to play it safe.

Exactly, I think 850W is a good bet just to avoid any potential issues since it’s a new GPU.
