We're planning to switch to Atera this Spring, but I'm looking for feedback on this platform or any other RMM solutions. We still have time to change our minds, so I'd love to hear your experiences and recommendations!

I've used Ninja, Automate, and Datto. Personally, I think Ninja is the best all-in-one RMM solution out there! The setup is easy, and scripting is super simple too.
I recently migrated to NinjaOne and have been really pleased with it. It's straightforward to set up and manage, which I appreciate!
Our team has fully switched to Ninja for everything from helpdesk ticketing to remote access, and it has been a fantastic investment!
