I'm really interested in understanding which types of schema markup are currently offering the most SEO benefits. There are so many options out there like Article, FAQ, WebPage, Product, and HowTo. Has anyone done any testing or have insights on which schemas are effective at improving rankings or visibility these days?

By the way, Google removed the HowTo schema from rich results over a year ago, so that one's definitely not beneficial anymore!
The most effective schema for SEO is the one that accurately reflects your page content. For instance, if it’s a blog article, go for Article schema. If you’re showcasing products, use Product schema. It really boils down to matching the schema with your content type.
Google does have a list of supported schemas that can guide your choices.
It really depends on your niche. Different fields might benefit from different schemas.
Check what your competitors are doing. If a specific schema is working for them, it might work for you too!
There's no one-size-fits-all answer here; you should really use the schema that fits your content best. Essentially, schema helps Google grasp what your site is about, but you have to choose wisely based on what’s on your page.
