Hey everyone! I ordered three iPads as gifts for my kids, but they were marked as delivered and aren't on my porch. We don't have a camera, and our house is pretty far from the street. I reached out to customer support, and they initiated an investigation, but then I got an email saying they can't provide a replacement or refund. This is my first time ordering online, and I've never had issues with deliveries from other companies like Amazon. I'm really stressed about losing $2000 for something I never received. What can I do next to get either a refund or a replacement? Any advice would be super appreciated!

Just a heads up: it seems like a lot of people have had packages like Apple products stolen during delivery. If you can, consider having future orders sent to an Apple Store instead. That way, you can pick them up yourself and avoid this issue.
When you're reporting this, stick to the facts. Just say that the tracking shows it was delivered, but you didn’t receive it. Keep it concise and don’t elaborate too much about what you think happened. Also, disputing this with your credit card could be the way to go since you didn’t get your product.
You should definitely get in touch with your credit card company right away. They can help you dispute the charge since the package didn't arrive. And don't forget to file a report with the police's non-emergency line—it might be helpful for your case.
I looked into chargebacks, but I'm kind of worried. Will that affect my account with Apple?
