I accidentally dropped my Samsung A53 5G in the toilet for about 5 seconds, with only the ports fully submerged. After retrieving it, I turned it off and removed the SIM card. It can charge now, but it doesn't recognize my SIM anymore; however, it worked fine right after I picked it up. What steps should I take next? Am I out of luck?

Got it, I took out the SIM right after about 10-15 minutes because I read that online (oops!). Luckily, it seems to work now, and I cleaned off some dust that was blocking my speakers. Should I still watch out for problems in the future?
