I suspect someone might be attacking my Wi-Fi with a DDoS attack. Lately, my internet has been dropping out randomly, usually about two to four times a day, and I'm using a Fritzbox Router. I'm not sure how to handle this situation and would appreciate any advice.

Firstly, it's important to consider whether it's actually a DDoS attack. The symptoms you're describing could just as easily be caused by issues with your router or Wi-Fi. Have you tried reconnecting your Fritzbox to get a new public IP? Sometimes that can help with intermittent issues. If it continues, definitely reach out to your ISP for assistance.

Good point! If your connection keeps cutting out, your ISP can also help check for any other underlying issues.

If you truly believe someone is targeting you, contact your ISP to report the problem. They might have DDoS protection services available, which can help mitigate the issues you're experiencing. Keeping track of when the dropouts occur can also aid them in diagnosing the issue.

Just a heads up, unless you're a high-profile target, sustained DDoS attacks are pretty rare on personal connections. It might be a malfunctioning device or even interference from neighbors. Make sure to check for old devices on your network or any loose wires that could be causing the drops.

Exactly! Also, try resetting your router or updating its firmware to eliminate software issues.
