What Should I Do If My Motherboard’s CPU Light Remains Red and My Computer Won’t Boot?

Hey everyone! I just finished building my new computer, but I'm stuck because the red CPU light on the motherboard stays lit during POST and it won't boot up. I've double-checked a few things: I made sure that all my connections for the CPU power, CPU fans, and power supply are secure. I also checked that no pins are bent or missing on the CPU socket, and the CPU itself looks fine. I've reset the CMOS and let the system sit for a while, but I'm not sure what to try next. I'm hoping to find out what part might be faulty or if there's anything else I haven't attempted yet. Any tips would be super helpful! By the way, I've uploaded pictures of the CPU and motherboard in the comments.

I couldn't post the pics directly, but here’s a link to them: https://imgur.com/a/motherboard-cpu-C7JPWtM. The motherboard is an MSI Pro B650-A paired with an AMD Ryzen 7000 series CPU.

Looks like the link is broken, can you check that?

Have you tried reseating your RAM? Sometimes that can be an easy fix for boot issues like this.

I’ll try this.

Have you considered reseating the graphics card? That could also potentially resolve the issue.
