Hi everyone! I'm Palash, currently working as a tender executive. I've developed a keen interest in transitioning to a front-end developer role. I've got a basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and while I haven't mastered them completely, I can create projects using resources from Google. I'm at a crossroads now, wondering what skills or technologies I should focus on next to enhance my front-end development journey.

It might help to find out if you're aiming to develop at your current company. Knowing what they require could guide your learning. If they have a developer team, chatting with them might give you useful insights into what skills are in demand, whether you stay there or move on to another company.

I'll definitely talk to the developers here to get some pointers. Thanks for the tip!

You might want to check out React first, then learn tools like Bootstrap or Material-UI, and later on, Redux. This path could really boost your employability and might take you about 1.5 to 2 months to get a good grasp. Channels like Codevolution, BroCode, or LeelaWebDev on YouTube have tons of resources that could help.

It's great that you've got the basics down! I'd suggest you keep strengthening your skills in CSS, HTML, and JS. Then, consider diving into some frameworks like React or Tailwind CSS. These are really popular right now and can make your development process smoother. Also, get familiar with UI/UX design principles—this will help you create better user experiences.

Thank you! I'm planning to start with React first and then move on to Tailwind!
