I bought this prebuilt gaming PC about two years ago and have not replaced any components. My main concern is that the RTX 4060 Ti 8GB is holding back newer games such as Battlefield, Squad, Escape from Tarkov, Grounded 2, and ARK: Survival Ascended. I am considering a stronger graphics card, a better power supply, possibly a new case, and a higher-resolution monitor, but I would like advice on the best order and overall value.
The current system has an Intel Core i7-13700KF, ASUS Prime Z790-P WiFi motherboard, 32GB of TeamGroup T-Force DDR5 memory, liquid CPU cooling, an air-cooled RTX 4060 Ti 8GB, an 800W Qeadafund power supply, the original CyberPowerPC tempered-glass RGB case, and an SSD. The case currently has two front fans, two top fans, and one rear fan. My monitor is an MSI 1920x1080 144Hz display.
I am considering a GPU such as the RTX 5070 Ti, though I am open to alternatives like the RTX 5070 or Radeon RX 9070 XT. I am also wondering whether the original power supply should be replaced before installing a more expensive GPU, whether the case needs to change for airflow or clearance, and whether 32GB of RAM is still sufficient for gaming. If I upgrade the monitor, would 1440p at 165Hz or 240Hz be a better fit than 4K at 144Hz?
If this were your system, would you upgrade the GPU first, replace the power supply before or alongside it, then move to a 1440p monitor? Would you leave the CPU, motherboard, cooler, and RAM alone? I would prefer to upgrade only the parts that are actually limiting performance rather than replace the entire PC.

Your current PC is not fundamentally outdated. The 13700KF and 32GB of DDR5 should provide plenty of performance for several more years. Before spending money, update the motherboard firmware through the official support tools, enable the appropriate memory profile, and check whether the games are limited by the GPU, CPU, or poor optimization.
That said, your graphics card is the most obvious upgrade target if you want higher settings or steadier frame rates. The 4060 Ti is perfectly usable at 1080p, but a 5070-class card or 9070 XT would make more sense with a 1440p monitor. I would not add another 32GB of RAM unless you regularly run memory-heavy programs, mods, virtual machines, or unusually demanding multitasking.
Check temperatures and actual airflow first, since prebuilt cases can sometimes run hot. Use a monitoring tool such as HWiNFO to see whether the CPU or GPU is thermal throttling while gaming. The CPU, motherboard, and 32GB of memory are already strong enough and do not need to be replaced.
I would replace the Qeadafund power supply before installing a much more expensive graphics card. The wattage is probably sufficient, but the unknown quality is the concern. Choose a reputable 80 Plus Gold unit from a well-established manufacturer, around 850W, with the appropriate modern GPU power connector. After that, upgrade the GPU if your budget allows. A 5070, 5070 Ti, or 9070 XT would be a substantial improvement, although 1080p gaming does not strictly require one.

For the display, 1440p at 165Hz is the best value and a clear improvement over 1080p. A 240Hz panel makes sense mainly for competitive titles where you can actually reach those frame rates. The GPU upgrade will not make every poorly optimized game run perfectly, so avoid choosing hardware based only on one demanding title. An additional SSD can help with storage capacity and load times, but it will not meaningfully increase average FPS.
The processor, motherboard, and RAM are good matches for a high-end graphics card, so I would keep them. The case only needs replacing if temperatures are high, the GPU will not fit, or you dislike the appearance; a new case is not automatically required just because the GPU is changing. The liquid cooler should also be fine as long as the CPU is not thermal throttling.
For a graphics upgrade, the RTX 5070 Ti and RX 9070 XT are reasonable options.
