I'm looking for advice on what to upgrade next in my gaming setup. Currently, I have a Ryzen 5 7600X processor, an RTX 3080 10GB GPU, DDR5 6000 MHz RAM, an 850W PSU, and an LG Ultragear monitor that supports both 4K 240Hz and 1080p 480Hz. If I want to maximize my performance for 4K gaming on a budget, should I focus on upgrading my GPU or my CPU? If upgrading is necessary, which specific models would be best? Also, if anyone in the UAE has recommendations for places with a good exchange rate for my current CPU and GPU, that'd be super helpful!

For 4K gaming, I’d suggest upgrading your GPU. However, keep in mind that it won’t be cheap. When playing at 1080p, your CPU might become a bottleneck, so it's wise to consider both if you're concerned about frame rates.
Would a 5070 Ti be a decent upgrade? And what's a good Ryzen 9000 series processor other than the X3D models?
