I'm currently using a B450 Aorus M motherboard with a Ryzen 7 5800X CPU, an RTX 5070 with 12GB of VRAM, and 16GB of DDR4 RAM running at 3600MHz. I also have a Gigabyte G27F monitor (1920x1080, 144Hz). I'm considering some upgrades and need advice on what would be the best next step. Should I:
1. Switch to an AM5 platform?
2. Invest in a 1440p monitor?
3. Upgrade my CPU to an AM4 X3D?

I'd say it's all about that 1440p monitor! Your rig is in great shape already. Splurging on 3rd gen tech now might not yield the improvements you're hoping for.
I’d also suggest an OLED 1440p if you can swing it. I’m looking to upgrade my own display soon, and a higher resolution will really make your games pop. Going AM5 might not drastically improve your gaming experience for now, so focus on the monitor!
Definitely go for a 1440p monitor! Your setup can handle it, and it's one of the best upgrades for your gaming experience right now. The other options might not give you as significant a boost without breaking the bank.
A 1440p monitor would really enhance your visuals. The difference in quality is huge compared to 1080p, and it makes the most sense given your hardware right now.

Totally agree! Upgrading components now might not be worth it, especially since your current setup is solid. Just enjoy your gaming with a better monitor.
