Hi everyone! I'm a developer from Africa skilled in creating web and mobile applications, back-end development, and handling deployment and CI/CD processes. However, I'm not familiar with blockchain and some of the newer technologies yet. I'm curious about the skills required to be recognized as a Full Stack developer in Europe, especially considering it's a more advanced IT market. What do I really need to know to reach that level? I appreciate any insights!

Most companies are actually looking for the skills you already have. Despite the hype, not everyone is on the blockchain train just yet. A lot of businesses in Europe are still dealing with legacy systems that need maintenance and updates. If you can demonstrate your proficiency in those areas, you should be in a good spot to find a job here.
