I've been working as a DevOps Engineer primarily using Jenkins, Git, Docker, and Linux. However, I'm struggling to find job listings on platforms like Naukri or LinkedIn that match just these skills. I'm looking for advice on what additional skills or technologies I should focus on to improve my chances of getting hired.

Jenkins is losing its edge lately, so unless you're targeting specific companies that still use it, it might not be the best focus. Learning newer tools like Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab could be more beneficial for your job hunt. Also, getting familiar with popular cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure can really boost your resume.
I'm still learning this myself, but I've found it helpful to focus on cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as Kubernetes. I'm trying to get a good handle on Docker and the basics of Git and GitHub Actions. Once I nail down GitHub, I'm planning to explore GitLab or Bitbucket next for a broader understanding.
That sounds like a solid plan! I'm re-learning Python myself but also want to touch on Go and Rust soon to diversify my skills.
I had a similar situation, but lacking public cloud experience really hurt my job search after moving from on-prem solutions. I'd suggest adding Terraform to your learning list. There's a good roadmap for DevOps on roadmap.sh too!
That makes sense! I've been considering AWS too—by the way, what's the job market like for AWS right now?
