We switched from traditional software a while back, and now we just use Google Drive. It's super affordable, cloud-based, and has really changed the game for us. Going digital means no more old-school methods, which is a huge relief! Just a heads-up though, make sure any system you choose is suitable for your needs, especially regarding regulations like DSGVO.

Thanks for the input! You're right about the DSGVO compliance thing; that’s a requirement for us. Google Drive works great for some, but we need something that meets those standards.
