The registration form includes information like the child's name, their name, and their county, along with optional details like phone number, email, refugee status, and ethnicity. First-time families can either pre-register online or sign up on the event day. After registration, families present proof of the child's identity (like a birth certificate) and receive a laminated card indicating the diaper size they need.
Currently, we're using a large Excel spreadsheet combined with Microsoft Forms for registration, but I want something more streamlined. Ideally, I'd like a system where families can present a card or a QR code for easy scanning, allowing us to access their information and previous diaper pickups while being able to update their size easily. I'm looking for options that are either free or low-cost, as we are a small organization, but we can consider paid options if they're budget-friendly and possibly grant-eligible.
