I've been getting notifications several times a week saying that someone is attempting to access my Microsoft Authenticator. I searched online and came across the advice to ensure I have a strong password. Is that referring to my Microsoft 365 password? Should I consider switching to a different authenticator app altogether, or is that even an option? Or should I just ignore these messages?

When you get those messages, it’s best to select 'No, that wasn’t me' and report it as phishing. It's also a good idea to update your password as it might have been compromised. Just to clarify, you should really reach out to a tech support community for help, though.
