Hey everyone, after the latest update, my phone started overheating like crazy, and the camera has been super slow along with some other issues in the user interface. My mom, trying to help out, messed with some settings using the power button, and now it's just overheating constantly. She mentioned something about the 'overall cache', but I have no idea what she did. Can anyone help me understand what might be going on and how to fix it?

I tried rebooting it, but it didn't help when I first did. I clear the cache and optimize the memory and storage pretty often to stay on top of things.
