Hey everyone! I just got an Acer GX-781 from a family member, but it didn't come with a hard drive. I'm a bit lost on what kind of hard drive I should get for it. Do I need something specific, or can I choose any drive as long as it meets certain specs? I know the PC is a bit older, so I don't expect it to run the latest games like Genshin Impact, but I'd love to play something like The Sims. Any guidance would really be appreciated! Regarding the Kingston NV3 PCIe 4.0 NVMe 1 TB M.2 SSD you asked about, that won't work. You need a SATA M.2 SSD, which has a different interface than NVMe. You should be fine with any SATA drive. A 2.5" SATA SSD would work nicely. They're a bit less common than regular hard drives but definitely available.
