I've been using my current computer for quite some time, and I'm starting to notice its limitations. I'm looking to upgrade certain components to enhance my gaming, virtual reality, and some 3D modeling experiences. Here are the specs of my current setup: I'm running Windows 10 Education 64-bit on an AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor with 16GB of RAM and an AMD Radeon RX 5600 XT. My main drive is an SSD, so storage isn't an issue. I'm curious about what specific upgrades would make the most impact. In particular, I'm thinking of replacing my CPU with an AMD Ryzen 9 7900X and getting an ASUS ROG Strix B650-A motherboard, along with 32GB of DDR5 RAM (though I initially wanted 64GB until I saw the prices!). Also, looking into an RTX 5070 for graphics. What do you think?

Upgrading to an AMD Ryzen 5800X could be a solid choice, especially if you're looking for better performance. If your current motherboard is on the lower-end side, you might want to consider the Ryzen 5700X or 5600 instead. Also, boosting your RAM to 32GB can help, and don't forget to think about upgrading your GPU too! By the way, do you have a budget in mind for these upgrades?

I updated my post to say I'm looking at around $1,500 for the upgrades.
