If you're really into those AAA games, I'd say focus on upgrading your GPU. Many of those titles are quite GPU-intensive, and the 3060 Ti is starting to show its age. Something like the 9070 XT or 5070 Ti would give you a significant boost without your CPU becoming a bottleneck. Just make sure to check your PSU's wattage because you'll want that to support the new card!
