I'm on the hunt for an ergonomic office chair priced below $300. While I know this isn't a lot, I'm looking for something comfortable enough to work or game in for several hours without suffering from back pain. I'm fine with buying used if necessary. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You might want to check out local resale sites like Facebook Marketplace or Craigslist. I've seen used Herman Miller and Steelcase chairs pop up often from office clearout sales. They can be a great deal!

I’ve seen those Herman Millers on FB Marketplace too, but I worry about whether they're legit. Are they actually worth buying used?

Absolutely, I scored a Steelcase Leap chair that was practically mint for $225. The seller even replaced it for free when the first one had a crack. Definitely check eBay too if local options are thin!

I've tested several chairs recently while searching for something comfy for work and gaming. I ended up getting the Ikea Styrspel chair, and it's really great! I’m 1.99m tall and found it to be quite accommodating. I got mine second-hand for about €100 and it's been perfect for months now!

With a budget of $300, I recommend visiting used office furniture stores. You might find some Herman Miller or Steelcase options you can test out before buying!

I scored a Steelcase Leap high back chair in perfect condition for only $250! It's really sturdy and well-made. Keep an eye out, you might find a similar deal!

Consider the Ikea Markus chair. It's well-designed for the price point and could fit your needs nicely!
