I'm hearing a strange sound coming from my CPU cooler. It starts and stops randomly, usually about 5 to 10 minutes after I turn on the PC. I'm noticing that the fan on one side seems a bit unattached or possibly broken. Here's a clip of the sound I'm talking about. I can provide a photo of the CPU cooler if needed.

You might want to check if the fan is broken or if something is stuck in it. Make sure there’s nothing it can catch on. If you can, move it gently with your hand when the PC is off and feel for any resistance.
It sounds like the CPU fan is hitting something. Try stopping the fan and checking for any debris stuck to it or any chips on the blades. Sometimes a cable might also be in the way. Fans are usually pretty cheap to replace if you need to go that route.
