I'm curious about what the AMD equivalent to the M4 Pro processor in Mac Minis would be. Any insights on this?

Honestly, there isn't a direct equivalent. The performance per watt and battery life won't match what you get with Apple silicon. However, Ryzen AI chips can get you somewhat close, even if they run on a different architecture.
