I'm looking for recommendations on a good value GPU for gaming that will work well with my Ryzen 5 5500 CPU. I can optimize my CPU usage for better performance. Ideally, I'd like to spend around $500. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you're planning to game at 2K, I’d recommend saving a bit more for the 9070 XT instead of just going for the 9060 XT. It’ll give you a better experience in the long run.

Everyone has a different take on what "budget" means. Just let us know your exact number, and we can help you out better! Also, keep in mind that 'future-proofing' isn't really a guarantee with tech.

What’s your exact budget? Are you okay with used parts? Also, what monitor resolution and refresh rate are you using? Those factors can really help narrow down the best options for you!

For your budget, I'd suggest looking into the 9060 XT with 16GB or maybe the 5060 Ti with 16GB as well. They're solid options for gaming at 1080p and can handle future titles pretty well.

Just to clarify, around $500 for the GPU is what I gathered. It sounds like you're looking for something that offers great performance for a few years. New is preferred for you, right?
