What’s the Best CPU Upgrade for My AM4 Setup?

I'm looking to upgrade from my Ryzen 5 2600x that I've had since 2019. With some extra cash to spend, I'm exploring the best CPU upgrade options available for my AM4 motherboard (B450-A PRO). My current setup includes 16GB of 2666Mhz RAM (which I'll also upgrade alongside the CPU) and a ZOTAC RTX 2060 graphics card (probably upgrading that next year). I mostly game at 1080p and 144fps, focusing on roguelikes like Risk of Rain 2 and Isaac, as well as esports like CS2 and LoL. I'm fine with tweaking graphics settings for AAA titles, but consistency at 144fps is my priority. Here are the prices for CPUs in my region (Mexico): R5 5600x for $145, R7 5700x for $175, R7 5800x for $170-210, R7 5700x3d for $280, and R7 5800x3d for $460. What would be the best choice for an upgrade?

The R5 5600x is your best bet for a solid performance boost from the 2600x, and it's priced pretty reasonably. If you can stretch your budget, definitely check out the X3D chips—they're even better!

If you're aiming for maximum gaming performance, the 5800x3d is the top choice, but they're hard to find and costly if you do. The 5700x3d offers similar performance and is still available. Also, make sure to upgrade to some 3200MHz or 3600MHz RAM for better overall performance!

Is a $240 used 5700x3d a good deal? I'm leaning towards that one, but it feels a bit pricey and I'm unsure if the upgrade is worth it.
