I'm planning to upgrade my CPU so I can install Windows 11. Here's what I've got in my current build: an AMD Ryzen 7 1800X processor running at 3.60 GHz, 32GB of RAM, dual 500GB Samsung SSDs (970 EVO Plus and 960 EVO), an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics card, and I'm on a 64-bit operating system. Could anyone suggest a good CPU upgrade that would work with my setup?

You might want to check what motherboard you have, but an easy upgrade would be to get either a Ryzen 5700X3D or a Ryzen 5800X; they're pretty affordable and should give you a nice performance boost. Just make sure to update your BIOS to the latest version before swapping CPUs!
Don’t forget about TPM 2.0! It's a requirement for Windows 11. Check if your motherboard has a TPM 2.0 chip. Some 400 series boards had a pin interface but no module. If it’s an older 300 series board, you might need a new motherboard altogether.
I’ll have to verify what MB I have and if that’s installed or not. Thank you!
Just so you know, it's a X370 Taichi motherboard.
