I'm looking for advice on which graphics card to pick for 1080p gaming. My setup includes a Ryzen 5 7600X CPU and a 1000W power supply, with 32GB of DDR5 RAM. I mainly play at 1080p since I don't have a better monitor. I'm considering the 9070 XT but I'm unsure if I should opt for something less powerful since I'm only gaming at 1080p. The games I play include Arc Raiders and Battlefield. I've also thought about the 5060 Ti or 5070, but I'm not sure if it's worth going for the top-tier card or if a less powerful option would be just as good without bottlenecking my system.

Consider getting the RX 9070 XT and saving up for a 1440p monitor later. That way, when you're ready to upgrade, you won't have to get a completely new graphics card. You might even be able to set up a dual monitor system that way if your budget allows for it!
The 5060 Ti should handle 1080p gaming fine. Just remember that when picking a GPU, consider its longevity, preferred FPS, and current prices since they can vary a lot from MSRP. If the 5060 Ti is priced well compared to others, it’s a decent pick, but if the 5070 isn’t too much more, it could be worth the upgrade.
If you're committed to 1080p for a while, the RX 9060 XT 16GB or the 5060 Ti 16GB are solid options. However, the 16GB versions might be overkill since 1080p doesn't really benefit from all that memory. Also, those cards have really spiked in price lately. If you can snag a non-Ti version like the 5060 or 9060 XT 8GB, that could save you some cash!
I agree, 8GB is likely enough for 1080p, and this makes the cost a lot more sensible.
Unless you're planning to move to 1440p down the line, the 5070 might be overkill for right now. The 5060 Ti is a good choice, but check prices because sometimes the RX 9060 XT can be significantly cheaper, even though it's roughly 6-8% slower on average. It often comes down to price differences, especially in the US.
If you’re okay playing at 1080p for a while, a 3070 Ti or similar AMD card would work great. It really depends on how long you plan to stick with this card and what frame rates you’re aiming for. If you’re looking for the card to last a while, investing a bit more could pay off in the long run.
Definitely consider how much you’d be willing to invest based on how demanding games are getting!
Exactly! Don't forget to also look into what sort of deals you can find, as prices can fluctuate a lot.

Yeah, the 5060 Ti 16GB is supposed to be one of the worst value cards at the moment. You might be better off with the regular versions.
