You can really go with any distribution! Just keep in mind that NVIDIA drivers are usually needed for optimal performance, but most distros make installing them pretty straightforward. Since you're using Intel, you won't have any compatibility issues, since they all support the x64 architecture.
What about Arch Linux? I'm thinking of committing time to set it up just the way I like.
