What’s the Best Method to Transfer Data Between Two Windows 11 Laptops?

I'm looking for the best way to transfer everything from my old laptop to my new one, both of which are running Windows 11 and have Intel processors, but they have different generations and hardware specs. I've tried using the built-in Windows transfer and Samsung's Switch for Galaxy Book, but those only reinstalled apps without keeping my settings. I was thinking about cloning the SSD, but I'm worried about potential hardware compatibility issues and blue screens, considering the hardware differences. Also, will cloning mess up my Windows license?

If both laptops have the same kind of storage, you could try using a cloning tool to create a perfect copy of your old SSD. I can't recommend a specific tool since there are a bunch out there, but it’s worth looking into. But if you're just transferring personal files, your home network can be set up as an FTP server, letting you access your old drive directly from the new one through File Explorer. Just a thought!

I want to move pretty much everything, especially since both have NVMe drives. Cloning seems like a good idea since I've never done it before. Any tips on what to expect during the process?
