Hey everyone! I'm not super experienced with building PCs, so I was hoping to get some advice. I'm planning to play games like Wuthering Waves and I'm torn between two setups:
**Setup 1:**
- TUF GAMING B460-PRO (WI-FI)
- GeForce RTX 3070 8GB GDDR6
- Intel Core i5-10600 (6 cores, 12 threads)
- ARCTIC Freezer 33 TR cooler
- 32GB DDR4 3200MHz Samsung (2x16GB)
- 500GB M.2 NVME SSD SK Hynix
- CoolerMaster 600W PSU
- EVEREST FACED V1 RGB case
**Setup 2:**
- Asus Prime 490-P M.2
- GeForce RTX 3060 Ti 8GB GDDR6
- Intel Core i7-10700 (8 cores, 16 threads)
- CoolerMaster tower cooler
- 32GB DDR4 Corsair Vengeance 3200MHz
- 500GB M.2 NVME SSD SAMSUNG EVO
- ADATA XPG 600W PSU
- ZALMAN K1 RGB case
Thanks in advance for your help and opinions!

For 2K gaming, I'd recommend going for the i7-10700 paired with the 3060 Ti. The i7's stronger single-core performance will give you better gameplay in CPU-heavy areas like Septimont in Wuthering Waves. If money's not tight, consider looking for a setup with an i5 12600KF and a B660 motherboard instead, as it offers great performance for similar prices. But if you have to stick with your two setups, the i7 with the 3060 Ti is the way to go; the performance difference between the 3060 Ti and the 3070 isn't huge, especially with DLSS in play.
That 3060 Ti can definitely pull off 60fps in 2K for most scenarios, but it might struggle a bit in those intense spots. Just keep in mind that you'll have to tweak the settings to maintain that frame rate.
Thanks for your insight! I'm upgrading from a 1660 Super with an i5-10400, so I wanted something more powerful without breaking the bank. Honestly, I leaned towards the 3060 Ti setup too, but I've read that the 3070 might perform better in 2K. Do you think the 3060 Ti could still hit 60fps at 2K, even in demanding areas?
