What’s the Best Upgrade for My Gaming PC?

I'm new to building PCs and it's time for an upgrade! My current setup has been struggling to keep up with gaming demands. Here are my specs:
- CPU: Ryzen 5 3600 3.6GHz
- GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060
- RAM: 16 GB
- Plus, I added a 2TB Samsung SSD for extra storage.

Typically, I find myself running most games on lower settings just to hit 60 FPS, but I'm often around 20-30 FPS. I'm hoping to change that, especially aiming for 60+ FPS at 1440p. What should I focus on upgrading first? I know it'll be a step-by-step process, but I'd love to get a solid starting point!

Before you decide, could you tell us:
- Which country are you in?
- What's your budget?
- Do you need new peripherals or a monitor too?
- Any size or noise constraints?
- Color or lighting preferences?
These details can really help narrow down the best upgrade path for you!

If you're looking to boost your performance, start with the GPU! Upgrading to something like an RTX 5060 or 5060 Ti (16GB) should really help you achieve those 60+ FPS at 1440p. Don't stress too much about the CPU or RAM just yet; they can wait until later in your upgrade journey.

Thank you! That's super helpful!

Here's my upgrade order: 1) GPU, 2) RAM, 3) CPU. For GPUs, definitely go for something that can hit 60+ FPS consistently at 1440p. You're looking at great options like the RTX 5060 Ti or the RX 7800 XT for that performance.

Which one of those GPUs would be best for my budget?

I recommend starting with the GPU as well! It makes the biggest difference. Afterwards, think about upgrading your CPU to a Ryzen 7 5700X3D if you want to stick with AM4, or go for the Ryzen 7 7700X for AM5. Finally, consider upgrading to 32GB of DDR5 RAM to future-proof your setup.
