Hey everyone! I've got a bit of an aging PC and I'm looking for advice on which part would be the best to upgrade for better gaming performance. My budget is max €300. Here's my current setup: GTX 1050, i7-4770k, 8GB DDR4 1800MHz RAM, a slow 2TB hard drive, and a newer 1TB hard drive. I'm not quite sure about my power supply or motherboard. Any suggestions would be really appreciated!

I’d vote for saving a bit more cash and going for a new build when you can. But hey, getting a budget SSD now could boost your performance significantly. In the meantime, keep an eye out for sales on components.
Honestly, it might be better to keep saving up. You're probably going to need a complete overhaul eventually. If you're looking for a short-term boost, though, adding a cheap SSD could make everything feel faster while you save for a bigger upgrade.
Totally support the SSD idea! It'll really speed things up. After that, just keep saving for a modern build. You can go really far with newer tech for about the cost of some small upgrades now.
I agree with doing at least a slight upgrade. The first step should definitely be adding an SSD if you don't already have one. Your CPU is a bit outdated, but it can still handle a lot of games. If you're considering a GPU upgrade, maybe look for a used RX 480 or GTX 1070/80. Just be aware that your system will require more investment in the long run for a complete upgrade.

That's a solid plan! Also, if you're looking at RAM, doubling it to 16GB could also help if you can snag it for cheap.
