I'm looking to upgrade my GPU and have a budget of $350. Currently, I'm using a 3060 Ti with a 650W MWE 650 Gold V2 Cooler Master power supply. If possible, I'd like to get more RAM with this upgrade. What's the best option available?

A used 5090 would be an excellent option for you! It’s a fantastic GPU if you're looking for something powerful. Just keep in mind to check your power supply capacity and overall system compatibility.
