I recently bought 2x 16GB DDR5 6400 CL32 RAM sticks to pair with my Ryzen 7 9800X3D. After reading some discussions, I'm a bit worried since I've seen comments suggesting that RAM speeds above 6000MT/s could be unstable. Is that still a common issue? If so, would underclocking the RAM to 6000MT/s be a good option to avoid any stability problems? Or should I just return it? Thanks for your insights!

Unless the RAM cost you an arm and a leg or you found a cheaper alternative, just lower the speeds to 6000MT/s. It should work without issues.
You're all good! If you're concerned, you can always underclock it to 6000MT/s, but you might be able to optimize it for a bit more performance by setting UCLK to 1:1 mode, which could yield slightly better results.
I wouldn’t hesitate to run it at 6000MT/s with CL32 or even CL30. Have you seen the current RAM prices? It's pretty steep to replace it right now.
Seriously, don’t return it—RAM is pricey these days. Just underclock it instead; you should be just fine.
Keep that RAM! You might have won the silicon lottery. My 64GB kit only runs at 6400MT/s until I load any intensive task, then it crashes. At 5600MT/s, it runs smoothly all day with hardly any noticeable performance dip.

This is definitely the way to go!
