What’s the best way to clean a used laptop screen without damaging it?

Hey everyone! I recently picked up a used laptop, and it has some annoying smudges and streaks on the screen. I tried using a microfiber cloth dampened with water, but that didn't help at all. I've heard that some cleaners can actually harm the display, so I want to be cautious and avoid causing any damage. Does anyone have a safe and effective method for cleaning a laptop screen? I'm attaching a picture to give you an idea of how it looks. Thanks a lot!

I've noticed that even glasses cleaner doesn't always do the trick. It seems like you just need to keep trying various methods until something works!

I found that mixing a bit of dish soap with water in a spray bottle worked wonders. Just remember to use patience and a soft cloth while applying it!

Is that really safe to use? What type of cloth did you use with it?
