I've been noticing that my phone saves pictures in HEIC format, which I find pretty inconvenient. I don't have the time to convert each photo individually, so I'm looking for a method to convert multiple HEIC photos into JPG format quickly. Any suggestions?

If you’re using a Mac, you can check out HEIC Converter. It makes batch converting super easy! Just download it from their website and you’re good to go.
For iPhones, you can switch to JPG by going to Settings -> Camera -> Formats, and selecting 'Most Compatible'. This way, all your new photos will be saved as JPG instead of HEIC. But for past photos, you might still need to convert them.
Are you using Windows or Mac? Knowing that might help in figuring out the best conversion method for you!
On Android, you can change your photo settings to avoid HEIC altogether. Look for advanced picture options and turn off the 'high efficiency' toggle.
If you're on a Windows computer, don’t forget to install the HEIC codec. It will help you view and convert HEIC files without a hassle.
Thanks for the tip! I’ve got an Android though, so I'm just dealing with the old photos as I figure this out.
