Hey everyone! I'm looking for advice on how to effectively track my tasks. I juggle ongoing projects, daily responsibilities, and unexpected tasks that come up through emails or in person. I'm interested in a tool or website that can consolidate everything, allowing me to manage all my emails as tasks and move items around when they're done. Ideally, I'd love to archive completed tasks under weekly categories that can be sorted into monthly folders as part of a productivity dashboard. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

You might want to check out some Gantt chart apps. Many of them can sync tasks with Outlook or other calendar apps, making it easy to keep everything organized.
I've used Asana, Monday, and Jira, but I have to say JIRA is my favorite! It allows for detailed organizaton—subtasks for daily actions, recurring weekly tasks, and you can set your ongoing projects as 'epics.' Todoist is definitely worth considering! Even the free version covers all the needs you've mentioned.
MS Planner has worked well for me in the past. It's straightforward and fits nicely into various task management needs.
Jira is great for tracking detailed info for official work, but for personal tasks, I use a portable version of Task Coach. Remember, the key is finding a system that you can stick with!
If you're just looking for something simple, Google Calendar can do the trick for managing tasks throughout the day.
