What’s the best way to learn full stack development with Java or Python, especially for backend?

I'm looking for some good resources to learn full stack development, focusing on backend skills in either Java or Python. I don't mind if they are paid or free. I want a comprehensive understanding of both frontend and backend development. I've enrolled in the OMSCS program, but I'm wondering if I should concentrate on prerequisite courses to prepare for that instead. It's been a while since I completed my CS degree, and I don't remember much since my job doesn't involve coding. I believe that going through OMSCS will help solidify my foundation in computer science and open up more senior roles in tech for me.

There's really no one "best resource"; it’s more about finding something that works for you and sticking with it. If you need a refresher, check out CS50P; it's great for going over basics like functions and loops. For a more interactive approach, give Scrimba a try! Check them out here: [CS50P](https://cs50.harvard.edu/python/2022/) and [Scrimba](https://scrimba.com/learn-python-c03).
