I'm just starting out with Python and I'm trying to figure out the best courses or tutorials to take me from beginner to advanced. I'm open to both free and paid options, so any recommendations would be great! Thanks!

I think the MOOC "Python Programming 2025" from the University of Helsinki is one of the best courses available right now. It’s really comprehensive!

There are loads of free resources and books available to learn Python. You don’t necessarily have to enroll in a bootcamp. Plenty of info is out there without spending a dime!

I’d recommend starting with "Automate the Boring Stuff with Python" since it’s a practical, free resource. It really helps you feel like you’re accomplishing real tasks right off the bat. If you're looking for something more structured, check out Coursera’s “Python for Everybody” series. But honestly, the best way to learn is to pick a small project you’re passionate about and learn as you go. The tutorials will click more when you apply them to something you’re trying to build!
