I'm trying to install a glass panel, and the instructions say I need to remove both screws. I can get the top screw out easily, but the bottom one appears flat and I can't seem to get it out. I shared a picture in the comments to show the problem. Any suggestions on how to tackle this?

It sounds like you might be dealing with a rivet instead of a screw. Rivets can be tricky since they don’t come out like standard screws do. Try checking if there’s a sticker on it that might be misleading you about the screw head. Sometimes they can look flat because of that.
I already tried gripping it with pliers, but it just wouldn’t budge. It seems like I need a better tool.
