Hey everyone! I recently purchased a refurbished Dell laptop, but I'm experiencing a few issues with it. The seller has offered to exchange it for me, which is great. However, before I send it back, I'm looking to ensure that none of my personal information is accessible. I haven't done much on this machine yet, but I'm currently signed into my Microsoft account. Should I be wiping the hard drive completely, or is it sufficient to just sign out and delete my user account? What do you all think is the best practice for this situation? I appreciate your help!
