I have an iPhone 14 and I'm trying to transfer a 16GB file to my Windows desktop. The file is too big to send via email or any similar method, and when I connect my phone to the PC with a cable, I can only access my camera roll. Is there an easy way to send this file over?

If you prefer something else, consider using Bluetooth or a dedicated Wi-Fi photo transfer app. Alternatively, if you have a USB cable handy, you can also connect directly to your PC, but make sure your phone is set to allow file sharing.
Another option is to upload the file to iCloud from your iPhone, and then you can access it from your computer by logging into iCloud. It’s an easy way to move large files without needing cables or additional apps.
