I'm on the hunt for a new wireless gaming headset for my PC since my old wired HyperX Cloud II worked really well for me. Looking around, I found a few solid options in the ~€120 price range:
- HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless (€123.90)
- Corsair HS80 RGB Wireless (currently 27% off at €109.97)
- SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 (Gen 2) Wireless (€111.72)
- Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) Wireless (€131.79)
I'd love to hear your recommendations on these or if there's something better out there around this budget!

If you don't necessarily need a mic, consider grabbing some good regular headphones. I've had great experiences with the JBL 770. They deliver solid sound for under €100. Just a thought!

Thanks for the suggestion! I'm kind of leaning towards a proper gaming headset for the mic, but I'll keep that in mind.

Have you considered the DT 770 PRO 80? They sound fantastic, though you’ll need a separate mic since they’re not wireless. Totally worth it if you're okay with that kind of setup!

They do sound great, but I just can’t deal with wires anymore. I'm really aiming for wireless options.

From that list, I’d definitely go with the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless. I've been using it and the battery life is amazing! I barely ever have to charge it, even with heavy gaming sessions.

I’m really loving my SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7 Wireless! The feature where the software switches between headset and speakers by just turning the headset on/off is super convenient. The sound quality is top-notch too! I got it around a sale for about €140, and it’s been worth every penny.

Thanks! I can actually get the Nova 7X Wireless for €125, which seems like a solid deal. Leaning between that and the HyperX!

You might want to check out the HyperX Cloud Alpha for its sound quality. I had them for 8 years, and when I upgraded to the new ones, I just swapped the ear pads for better comfort. The sound improvement is noticeable. Just be sure to have some comfy pads on hand for long gaming sessions!
