I'm experiencing constant frame drops while playing Arc Raiders, and I can't seem to get the frame rate above 60fps. My CPU and GPU temperatures aren't too high, and I've even tried undervolting my laptop. I use a good laptop cooler and have adjusted the graphics settings away from cinematic presets.
