I've known people using BenQ monitors since 2012, and they’re all still chugging along without any issues. Generally, I’d say BenQ is a solid choice!
I have a BenQ monitor from around 2017 that's still holding up well. Sure, some might have problems, but overall, they're one of the reputable brands in the market.
In my experience, I've really liked the BenQ monitors I've had. My XL2420TE from 2013 still works great, and I just got my EX2780Q in 2019. Both are going strong!
