Hey everyone, I've been hearing a lot about R2 and wanted to know what's going on with it. Are they taking their time with development, or should we expect something soon? What do you think might be happening?

Honestly, I think they're being smart by taking their time. R1 was a game-changer, and if they want to top that with R2, they shouldn't rush it. I'd rather see a significant upgrade than just small tweaks every few weeks.
It sounds like there's no R2 coming out anytime soon, but it's also been rumored they might just take a leap to R3 instead. Let's hope for some updates soon!

They just dropped V3, so maybe they're focusing on that for now? Who knows, maybe they're cooking up something big for the future!
Yeah, I heard they had some plans for a transformer-based image generator too, so we might see more on that front soon!
I agree! R1 set a high bar, and I've heard that they needed certain updates to be public before they could really innovate with R2.
