I'm on the hunt for a top-notch 1440p monitor that doesn't skimp on features. By 'zero compromise,' I'm referring to: IPS panel, at least 120Hz refresh rate, curved design, decent response time, and no drawbacks. I'm thinking the price could be around $400, but is there a chance I could find something cheaper? Also, I'm looking for something that's 27 inches or bigger.

Curved IPS monitors aren't mass-produced much, so they tend to be pricey. If you're looking at around $400, I'd suggest considering budget OLEDs instead, as they offer great contrast and responsiveness. Alternatively, you could find high-refresh mini LED monitors that perform well and are typically under $400, minus the curved feature. But is paying extra just for the curve really worth it?
Finding a curved IPS can be tough, and typically, they come with a higher price tag. I spotted a similar non-curved model in my area for about 200€ (Asus TUF VG27AQ1A), but it doesn’t have the best reviews. Expect to pay more for something with curved specs.

Are OLEDs good for gaming with regards to ghosting?
