I recently installed Windows 10 Pro N, and after the first restart, my keyboard stopped working—definitely a driver issue. I was able to make it work again by installing the 'USB Mass Storage Device Driver', but it stopped functioning again after another restart. Just to clarify, I managed to type this message using the on-screen keyboard, so that's how I'm getting by for now.

Keyboards usually work right away because the basic drivers from your motherboard or BIOS handle them during startup. You might want to try updating your BIOS when you can. It could help solve some of these issues in the long run!
I can actually get into the BIOS, so the keyboard is somewhat functional. I've never updated my BIOS before, though.
