What’s Up with the Price Difference in Windows Server Licenses?

I'm currently setting up a few new servers and noticed that a typical OEM license for a 16-core Datacenter edition costs around $5,000. However, I found the same license from Trusted Tech for only $3,900. Is there a catch? They seem to have a good reputation from what I've researched. Here's the link to the license I'm looking at: https://www.trustedtechteam.com/products/microsoft-windows-server-2025-datacenter-16-core-license?utm_source=google&utm_medium=cpc&utm_campaign=Gshop_WSMedNC&utm_term=&cq_plac=&cq_net=g&cq_pos=&cq_med=pla&cq_plt=gp&gc_id=15699361846&h_ad_id=571875952559&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=15699361846&gbraid=0AAAAADN2SjeWbDeLU_3jXVqDRo201cMnE&gclid=CjwKCAiA8vXIBhAtEiwAf3B-g0aCSVJ9zFqPChUUQMYnOsnqc65lRT_McSZrh-j12vjAaHWPtFpDiRoCm14QAvD_BwE

That’s a pretty significant price drop, and there’s usually a reason for such a discrepancy. Typically, software vendors like Microsoft have consistent pricing across their products; it’s rare to see such a big cut. It could indicate they’re sourcing keys in a less-than-reputable way. Just be cautious—it could lead to issues if you get audited later on.

I was also curious about that, but I saw they’re labeled as a "Microsoft Solutions Partner" on their site. Do you think that gives them a legit way to sell it cheaper?
