When’s the right time to upgrade your GPU during a console generation?

I've got a 3060 Ti that still works great for my gaming needs, and since its performance is better than that of a PS5, I'm wondering if there's really any rush to upgrade until the next console generation. I'm considering picking up a 5060 Ti or 9060 XT 16GB for around $226 or $137 after selling my 3060 Ti, but I'm not sure if it's worth it or if I should just hold out for the PS6 and get a card that surpasses it. What do you think?

It really comes down to your budget and how happy you are with your current setup. If games are running fine and you're not feeling pressured by new releases, waiting makes sense. But if you want to enjoy AAA titles with all the bells and whistles, saving for a higher tier card like an 80 model might be the way to go. You'll appreciate the extra performance in the long run!

Totally agree! It's about enjoying your gaming experience. If you play a lot, investing in a stronger card ensures you won't feel like you're missing out.
